Treat RelayTV as a small stateful appliance attached to a display: record its working configuration, update deliberately, and verify real playback after changes.

Routine tasks

• Update RelayTV
• Inspect health and logs
• Understand runtime profiles
• Review configuration
• Troubleshoot by symptom

Change discipline

1. Preserve the current .env, generated Compose override, and persistent data.
2. Note the current image/version before pulling an update.
3. Validate Compose configuration before deployment.
4. Wait for health, then verify the Web UI.
5. Play actual media on the attached display. Container health alone does not prove that the graphics/audio path works.
