Every screenshot on this site is a real capture of RelayTV running — no mockups, no composited fakes. The library you see in them is a purpose-built demo library of freely licensed and public-domain films, so the screenshots can be shared without reproducing anyone's copyrighted artwork.

This page credits that media.

Blender Studio open movies (CC BY)

The animated titles in the library screenshots are Blender Studio open movies. Each is released under a Creative Commons Attribution licence, which permits reuse — including the frames and poster art reproduced here — provided the work is credited.

Public-domain films

Two live-action titles appear in the library. Both are in the public domain in the United States and carry no attribution requirement; they are credited here for clarity.

• Night of the Living Dead (1968) — dir. George A. Romero; entered the public domain when the original release prints were distributed without a copyright notice
• Nosferatu (1922) — dir. F. W. Murnau; public domain in the United States

NASA footage

The queued videos shown in the remote and queue screenshots are from NASA's official YouTube channel. NASA material is generally not subject to copyright and is free to reuse; see NASA's media usage guidelines. NASA does not endorse RelayTV.

Live channel screenshots

The channel names in the IPTV screenshots (“Front Door Cam”, “Weather Radar”, “Church Stream”, and similar) come from a sample playlist created for the screenshot. They illustrate the feature — RelayTV plays the playlists you supply. RelayTV does not bundle, host, or resell any channel.

Software

RelayTV is built on open-source software, including mpv, yt-dlp, FFmpeg, and Qt. RelayTV itself is licensed under GPL-3.0.

Jellyfin and Home Assistant are trademarks of their respective projects; RelayTV integrates with them but is not affiliated with either.
